Brazilian Jui Jitsu

Brazilian Jui Jitsu or BJJ is a martial art which focuses on grappling and submissions. Students test their strength and skill against one another to see who can control their opponent. Much like our Taekwondo program BJJ has an emphasis on life skills as well as fitness.
