Senior Master Alejandro Pereira (7th Dan) is the Founder and President of CFTP International, a leader whose life story is a powerful testament to the transformative power of martial arts. Founded in 1987 in his home country of Paraguay, CFTP was born from Alejandro’s connection to the lifestyle that taekwondo taught him, he claims it "took him from misery" and set him on a path to teach the future generations those values.  His unique approach blends world-class techniques with a heart for community. What began as a passion for taekwondo has grown into teaching a thriving international family. CFTP is proud to empower students across the globe: In countries of Canada, Paraguay and Mexico. For Senior Master Alejandro, Taekwondo is more than a sport; it is a journey of the heart and a legacy of resilience that empowers every student to realize their full potential. We are thrilled to announce that he is returning to his roots in Paraguay to open our newest location. By bringing his international expertise back to the place where his journey began, he is fulfilling a lifelong dream of giving back to his home community.

As a 5th Dan Black Belt with a PhD in Integrative Medicine, she has perfected a holistic approach to Taekwondo where your health, your family, and your growth are her top priorities. Our families benefit from her deep knowledge of nutrition, visualization, and breathing techniques that she incorporates in her classes, which help students to learn not only “kicking and punching” but prepare them for a healthy lifestyle ahead. She is currently working on her Endurance Project, where she applies science to help athletes build elite-level stamina and recover faster after every session.
